Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Design Developer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into visually compelling graphics, animations, and interactive elements. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality visual outputs that align with our brand and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Assist in the design and development of high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, video animations, and UI/UX components.
Create interactive designs that enhance user experience across different platforms.
Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation tools.
Ensure design consistency across various digital and print materials.
Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX designs that are functional and visually appealing.
Collaboration & Project Contribution:
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to create innovative design solutions.
Follow brand guidelines while contributing to the evolution of visual identities and design strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table.
Technical Proficiency & Innovation:
Utilize industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.
Work with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to support web-based design projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
Client Communication & Presentation:
Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating design choices.
Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Design & Animation Expertise:
Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in UI/UX design, including the ability to create wireframes and design system components.
Ability to transform 2D/3D design concepts into interactive or animated visuals.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based design integration.
Understanding of 3D modeling or animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
