The Creative Manager at IAL Saatchi is responsible for overseeing and managing the creative process for assigned projects. This role ensures that all creative work aligns with client objectives and agency standards. You will collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and other departments to develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns. The Creative Manager guarantees that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet the quality expectations of both the agency and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas that align with client briefs and project goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic objectives.
  • Review and refine creative work, providing constructive feedback to elevate the quality of output.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with account managers, strategists, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure all creative work is delivered on schedule.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the creative process to keep projects on track.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all creative work meets the agency's high standards for quality and creativity.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all creative outputs, from concept through final execution.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all creative materials before they are presented to clients or released to the public.

Client Collaboration:

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering insights and creative solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide creative recommendations that align with their goals.
  • Adapt creative concepts based on client feedback while maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the work.

Creative Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and experiment with new concepts and approaches.
  • Support the development of creative skills within the team by sharing knowledge and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across various media (digital, print, video, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
